These terms apply to your use of the MatchUp website and mobile app. By using the service you agree to these terms.

MatchUp provides a platform for players to find each other, arrange matches, keep a transparent ELO rating and review venues. The service is currently free and ad-free. There is no legal claim to availability.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Information provided must be truthful.

• No insults, harassment or discrimination.
• No fake accounts or manipulated match results.
• No unlawful, offensive or disruptive content.
• Respect venues and fellow players.

Each user is responsible for the content they submit (e.g. profile details, venue data, messages). We may remove unlawful or non-compliant content and suspend accounts.

Use is at your own risk. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence and as required by mandatory statutory provisions.

You may delete your account at any time. We may restrict or end your use in the event of breaches of these terms.

We may amend these terms. We will communicate material changes appropriately; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Austrian law applies. To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Vienna. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
